Jim Bridenstine, Neal Boortz To Hold Tax Reform Town Hall In Broken Arrow

Congressman Jim Bridenstine will host a Tax Reform Town Hall at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, August 27th in Broken Arrow. Guest panelists will include Neal Boortz, Dr. Wayne Brough and Dr. Dennis Bires, according to a news release.

The event will be held at the NSU Broken Arrow Campus, 3100 East New Orleans Street.

Boortz is a well-known radio talk show host. Brough is the chief economist and vice president of research for Freedomworks, and Bires is a tax attorney and profession at the University of Tulsa.

The trio will discuss current tax code and the future of tax reform.

"The need for real tax reform and for a national discussion on the issue is critical," said Congressman Bridenstine.

"The current code is punishing businesses and families, crippling to economic growth, and enforced by an agency that has used their authority to target specific groups based on their political and religious beliefs."
