Group Delivers Petition For Grand Jury Investigation Into City Of Owasso

A group wanting the City of Owasso investigated for alleged criminal activity is one step closer to its goal.

Members delivered a petition to the Tulsa County Courthouse Tuesday, with nearly 10,000 signatures.

A clerk will verify the names. If everything checks out, a grand jury will begin investigating the claims made in the petition.

They include everything from election law violations to destruction of public records.
