Homicide detectives said they are looking for a man they believe to be the one who shot and killed a Tulsa locksmith Tuesday night.
Tulsa Police are calling 22-year-old Dewayne Fulsom a person of interest in the shooting.
Detectives said the evidence points to Fulsom being the one who shot into locksmith Sebastian Geiger's truck. Geiger was killed after unlocking a car door and getting into an argument with the owner of the car about the bill, according to police.
Police said when the man called into the locksmith company, he was told it would be a minimum of $35. But when Geiger told him it would be $90, the man refused to pay. Police said Geiger dropped the price all the way down to $20, and the man still refused to pay.

As he was leaving, Geiger pointed a gun on the customer and two other men, and police said Geiger and one of the men exchanged gunfire. Geiger was shot and killed inside his truck. Police said the shooter continued shooting at Geiger's passenger, who got out of the truck and ran away, but the passenger was not hit.
Police said they have been in contact with Fulsom, but he has refused to come in for questioning.
