The Moore Medical Center turned into a symbol of the May 20 devastation.
The facility was leveled, and a new hospital will be completed in 2016.
Six months after the massive tornado, Moore Medical is building a temporary facility.
"We've have 11,000 square feet, operating like the Medical Center did on May 20," says Moore Medical Chief Administrative Officer Richie Splitt.
Sixty percent of the materials used to build the facility were used in the temporary hospital in tornado torn Joplin, Missouri.
Splitt hopes the ER will be able to open in the first week of December.
