A McAlester man was arrested and faces federal and state charges after investigators say he put a hidden camera inside the women's restroom at the McAlester Army Ammunition Plant.
Kenneth Elkins, 55, was an employee at the plant.
Elkins is charged with three counts of federal video voyeurism, two counts of recording/transmitting obscenity. The state is also charging him with two counts of using electronic equipment in clandestine manner.
Investigators say women were videotaped using the restroom at the plant between July and August. They say Elkins captured very revealing pictures of least three of the women.
When investigators searched Elkins home they found child pornography on his computer and evidence he was recording inside a 16-year-old relative's room.
Elkins is out on bond right now and is due back in court December 20.
