People gathered in front of the Johnstone-Sare building on New Year's Eve for the dedication.
It has been remodeled after an arsonist gutted the historic Bartlesville building.
No one thought it would rise from the ashes and regain its landmark status.

Before the building was to be demolished, Clyde Sare stepped in and bought it.
Sare said he lived in Bartlesville all his life and wanted this remodeled building to be a gift back to the city.
Now called the Johnstone-Sare Building, it's been remodeled from the ground floor up, featuring rental space upstairs and shops downstairs.
So far a coffee shop has opened and Hideaway Pizza is scheduled to go into one of the street level shops by mid-March.
