Police have made an arrest in the deadly shooting of two men outside a private nightclub in Tulsa.
In the early morning hours of October 12, 2013, police say David Muses and Marrico McGuire, 21, were shot and killed outside a club called Hotspots, in the 5500 block of East 11th Street.
Police believe a fight started inside the club and continued outside in the parking lot. Investigators say several shots were fired and one woman was run over by a vehicle speeding away from the scene.
One other person, Marcus Miller, 23, was shot and hospitalized following the incident.

Investigators say Miller was identified as a possible suspect early on. He was arrested on unrelated charges on November 1, 2013, and has been in custody since.
Friday, two counts of first degree murder were added to the complaints against Miller. He remains in Tulsa County jail without bond.
Detectives believe Miller was shot by someone who was with Muses and McGuire, who was apparently firing into the crowd from across the street from the club. They are still trying to identify that shooter.
Anyone with information in this case is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 918-596-2677.
