A man is dead after a single-vehicle wreck along Highway 169 in Rogers County. It happened just before 9:30 a.m. Friday just north of Talala.

Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers say Glenn Warren of Nowata was southbound in a Ford F150 pickup truck when witnesses say he slumped over the steering wheel. The pickup went off the road to the right, continued across a driveway and slammed into a tree.

Warren, 74, was dead at the scene due to an unknown reason, according to a collision report.

A passenger, 72-year-old Barbara Warren, was critically injured and is in a Tulsa hospital.

The wreck is still under investigation, troopers say.
