Kevin L. McGinnis Jr. is one of Tulsa's Most Wanted. The police department has asked the public to help find the 27-year-old man who is wanted on several felony warrants.
When captured, he will be held without bond.
A search of court documents shows that McGinnis has a long criminal history in Tulsa County.
He was arrested on February 6, 2014, on complaints of possession of a stolen vehicle - a 1999 Chevy van, and eluding an officer. That's just a few days after he was released from an Oklahoma prison. He served time for unauthorized use of a vehicle, possession of a controlled drug, and driving under the influence (second offense).
Police say in June of 2011, he was arrested with methamphetamine, a .38-caliber revolver and drug paraphernalia. McGinnis reportedly failed to appear in court in March of 2014 in connection with these charges, and a warrant was sworn out for his arrest.
McGinnis has been arrested numerous times on driving and drug offense starting in 2003.
If you can help police locate McGinnis, call Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS. There is a reward for information leading to his request, and callers remain anonymous.
