Tulsa Police Identify Bicycle Rider Killed In Crash On Riverside Drive

Tulsa Police have released the identity of the bicycle rider who was struck and killed by a car in the 8500 block of Riverside Drive near River Spirit Casino Thursday afternoon.

Officers said a 16-year-old driver was headed north on Riverside Drive when, for an unknown reason, Garry Allen Domres, 58, also riding a bike north in the grass, swerved in front of the car.

Police say they believe the car's driver was doing everything legally. They also say no drugs or alcohol were involved.

An investigation into the fatal crash continues.
