Tulsa police arrested two men Wednesday connected to a string of recent armed robberies.
Police said they responded to an armed robbery at Ross Dress for Less in the 4900 block of East 41st Street, Wednesday.
According to reports, while officers were investigating the scene, another robbery occurred at the Walgreens in the 1100 block of South Garnett. The suspects and car matched the descriptions of the first robbery, reports say.
The report says officers found a white Buick that matched the suspected vehicle and they initiated a traffic stop, but the vehicle took off.
Officers said they apprehended one suspect when he attempted to run from the car.
According to the report, the two suspects were wearing the same clothes and were in possession of a similar weapon as described by witnesses.
Police also said they found items from the Walgreens robbery inside the vehicle.
Justin Demolle, 23, and Reginald Girod, 22, were taken into custody.
While the officers were reviewing surveillance video from the robberies, the report says they noticed Girod met the description of a suspect involved in a Dollar General robbery the day before.
According to the report, in that robbery the suspect entered the store, pointed a similar weapon at the clerk and demanded money.
Officer said they reviewed video from that robbery and noticed a similar vehicle drive past the front doors of the store just before the robbery and that the suspect was wearing the same clothes that Girod was arrested in.
The report says officers were able to connect Girod to another armed robbery that took place in August, where two victims were robbed at gunpoint when they tried to buy a car that had been listed on Craigslist.

The report says officers were not able to find the suspect, but concluded the person posing as the seller was an accomplice and was brought into custody.
Officer said the seller's phone had pictures of Girod and records showed calls to a phone number that belonged to Girod.
The report says earlier this month photos were shown to one of the victims who identified Girod as the suspect who robbed him.
Witnesses from Ross Dress for Less and Wallgreens were also able to identify both Girod and Demolle as the men who had robbed them, reports say.
Jail records show Demolle is being held on a $108,000 bond for two felony counts of armed robbery and eluding a police officer.
Girod is being held on a $200,757 bond for four felony counts of armed robbery and various traffic violations, according to jail records.
