A former Tulsa County Sheriff's deputy has been arrested again. The Tulsa County District Attorney's Office added an additional charge against Gerald Nuckolls after a third victim was identified.
Investigators say they knew the additional victim was out there, but it took some time to locate her and process her evidence.
The new charge is sexual battery with the date of the offense listed as March 9, 2014. His new bond amount is $50,000.
Nuckolls was arrested on September 16, 2014, after two women complained about his behavior. Investigators say he went to a home in the 5600 block of North Tulsa while in uniform and sexually assaulted the women there.

He reportedly admitted to those incidents and said there were more women he'd met on traffic stops or calls where some kind of sexual activity took place. Nuckolls resigned from TCSO after his arrest.
The Tulsa County Sheriff's Office held a news conference after his arrest urging any other victims to come forward.
