Ingredients
Mozzarella block 4oz each
Panko bread crumbs 4oz each
All-purpose flour 8oz
Chopped parsley ½ cup
Water/beer 12oz
Vegetable oil 20oz
Directions
Cut mozzarella into two triangles. In bowl, mix panko and chopped parsley. Mix water or beer into flour to make a pancake like batter, beat until no lumps. Dip cheese into batter mixture, letting excess drip of cheese. Place cheese into panko mixture, patting to make sure the panko mixture sticks to the cheese. Fry until cheese is deep golden brown and cheese is oozing from center.
