The Rogers County Sheriff's Office made an arrest Friday connected a bomb threat made Thursday at the Port of Catoosa.

Deputies arrested Robert Perry in Muskogee Friday night.

Thursday, workers at the Port of Catoosa were disrupted by a bomb threat that came from a call inside one of the buildings.

The Rogers County Sheriff's Office said a 911 call went to dispatch at 11:10 Thursday morning. The called reportedly said a bomb would go off inside the Linde plant within the hour.

Managers evacuated the nearly 150 employees until the TPD bomb squad arrived and gave the all clear.

The employees returned to work around 1:30 p.m.

Investigators said the call came from an internal phone at the plant, but information technology (IT) workers couldn't determine which phone, and the port does not have cameras on every phone.

Investigators have not said what led them to Perry, but said he was being transported from Muskogee to the Rogers County Jail where he would be booked.
