Tulsa police have arrested a man they say burst into a barber shop on Friday night and shot and killed one man and wounded two others.
Chadrick Colbert, 24, was taken into police custody Saturday night on a first-degree murder complaint and three complaints of shooting with intent to kill.
The shooting took place at Gifted Hands Barber Shop in the 1200 block of North Sheridan Road about 9 p.m. on Friday.
The man who died, 41-year-old Keith Liggins, was not the intended target in the shooting, police said. Liggins was “an innocent victim making a living at the time of his death,” according to TPD Sgt. Dave Walker.
Colbert currently is serving a deferred sentence for possession of a firearm after juvenile adjudication.
