The NTSB says workers will remove the wreckage Monday of the EagleMed helicopter that crashed Thursday night in rural McIntosh County.
The pilot, Matt Mathews, died when the helicopter crashed while flying from Tulsa to McAlester at about 11:30 p.m. Two other EagleMed employees on board, nurse Kim Ramsey and paramedic Ryan Setzkorn, were injured and taken to a McAlester hospital.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation and may not be determined for 12 to 18 months.
