Second Teen Arrested In Fatal Shooting Of Tulsa Teenager

Police arrested a second teen in the murder of 19-year-old Cristal Gutierrez in downtown Tulsa last month.

Tulsa Police arrested Rey Reyes, 18, of Tulsa on a first-degree murder complaint Tuesday night.

Earlier this month, police arrested Hao Le, 18, of Tulsa who they believe shot and killed Gutierrez while she was driving near 3rd and Houston on April 30, 2015. Officers say Reyes admitted to selling Hao Le the gun just before the fatal shooting.

In Reyes' arrest report, he admitted Hao Le had told him he was robbed recently and was going to get the people responsible. Reyes said Le called him after the shooting and told him he had shot Gutierrez' boyfriend.

Reyes and Le are being held in the Tulsa County jail without bond. Court records show Le has a preliminary hearing set for June 23.
