Tulsa Police arrested a teen they say tried to use a BB gun to rob a worker on the University of Tulsa campus Monday morning.
They identify the suspect as 18-year-old Patrick Marquise Napoleon.
According to police, Napoleon approached the contract worker at 6th and Delaware at about 7 a.m., pulled a BB gun and demanded the man's cell phone. Police said the man told the teen in Spanish that he didn't understand and the suspect left.
The victim notified TU security who tracked down the suspect at 11th and Delaware, where Tulsa Police arrested him.
Officers booked Napoleon into the Tulsa County Jail on one count of attempted robbery with a dangerous weapon. He's being held on a $50,000 bond.
