Tulsa Girl, 14, Killed In Crash With Semi-Truck

A Tulsa teen died following a crash on an Illinois highway last week, according to the Illinois State Police. Hannah Schlenbecker, 14, was injured when a semi rear-ended the minivan she was riding in on Interstate 55 near Elwood Thursday, June 18, 2015.

The Chicago Tribune reports Schlenbecker's vehicle was northbound when the semi-truck hit it from behind. Three other people in the minivan were also injured but not as critically, police said.

Schlenbecker was pronounced dead at the Advocate Christ Medical Center.
