Owasso Police Investigate Death Of 10-Month-Old Baby

Owasso Police say they're investigating the death of a 10-month-old baby.

Paramedics responded to an apartment in Owasso at 10:50 a.m. on Saturday, July 11, 2015 where they found an unresponsive girl.  

They took the girl to a hospital in Owasso and then transferred the baby to a Tulsa hospital.

Doctors alerted police when they discovered a brain injury. The child died Sunday. Police have not released the name or gender of the baby.

Deputy Chief Jason Woodruff says they are waiting for the results of the autopsy. So far police haven't arrested anyone in the case.
