Tulsa Police have identified a 16-year-old girl killed in a drive-by shooting near 46th Street North and Martin Luther King Boulevard on July 17, 2015.

Tulsa Police have identified a 16-year-old girl killed in a drive-by shooting near 46th Street North and Martin Luther King Boulevard on July 17, 2015. Deouijanae Terry died when a group of teens in a stolen van opened fire on a car she was riding in.

Police say the shooting, which also wounded an 18-year-old male, was gang related.

Homicide Sergeant Dave Walker said about five young men, ages around 14 to 20, pulled up to the Hood Food Store in a brown 199 Astro van, opened the door and started shooting at the PT Cruiser parked next to them. Terry was in the PT Cruiser.

Tulsa Police ask anyone with information about the shooting to call Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS.
