Blue Bell Ice Cream Returns To Tulsa Stores

After a half-year absence Blue Bell returned to Tulsa grocery store shelves Monday morning.  

News On 6 was there when a Blue Bell truck pulled up to the Reasor's at 15th and Lewis and the driver began unloaded pallets packed with Blue Bell ice cream.

Just after 4:30 a.m. trucks began delivering five flavors of Blue Bell -- Butter Pecan, Cookies 'n Cream, Dutch Chocolate, Homemade Vanilla and Great Divide -- to stores across the Tulsa area.

Blue Bell is limiting purchases to four containers per customer.

The Broken Arrow Chamber of Commerce held a ceremony Monday morning welcoming the return of Blue Bell ice cream outside the Blue Bell plant.
