Walmart says its Tulsa store at Admiral and Memorial will reopen on Friday, November 6.
The retailer closed the store in April 2015 and cited plumbing problems. Company officials said those problems would require an extensive repairs store wide.
In September, Walmart said the work, plus added renovations were complete and it would open soon.

Walmart issued the following statement on Wednesday:
"We have heard from many in the community that they are eager to shop at our store once again. All the repairs are complete and we made extensive upgrades and renovations throughout the store that better reflects the shopping experience our customers now want. We thank the community for their patience during this time and we look forward to seeing you soon.”
When the store closed in April, it spawned a number of conspiracy theories.
