Resurfacing Project On Broken Arrow Expressway Begins

Resurfacing work on the Broken Arrow Expressway near downtown Tulsa will affect rush hour traffic starting Thursday.

Drivers coming westbound into Tulsa will be confined to one lane from Lewis to the southeast corner of the IDL. That adds to a construction project already underway at that section of the busy highway.

The Oklahoma Department of Transportation says this construction project will last under further notice.
