Tulsa city councilors are taking the Vision tax vote to the people this month - including a "Dive Bar Town Hall" set for March 21st.
Six public meetings are planned for citizens to discuss the tax package with councilors. The Vision package includes money for economic development, public safety, streets and public transportation.
Voters will decide the issue April 5, 2016.

Most of the meetings are held at libraries and churches, but Councilor Blake Ewing is holding one at a downtown bar. The "Dive Bar Town Hall" will start at 6 p.m. March 21 at 520 East 3rd Street at the Fur Shop.

Ewing has held previous dive bar town halls with the goal of getting younger people involved in the process.
