A 14-year-old Tulsa boy is now charged with first-degree murder in connection with deadly home invasion.
Prosecutors say Payton Hendrick was with 16-year-old Demondray Porter last month during a break-in at the Woodland Oaks Apartments.

Police said the teens held a man and woman at gunpoint to rob them, but the woman was able to get a knife and stab Porter to death.

Hendrick was charged under Oklahoma's felony murder rule - which allows all suspects to be charged with murder if another participant in the felony crime is killed.
Hendrick is also charged with robbery and first-degree burglary.
