Tulsa police now say they have a second gunshot victim hit by bullets fired into the air at Tulsa's FreedomFest on Monday night. Police say 35-year old Brandon Vaughn had been watching the show at Veteran's Park. He was walking along Boston Avenue when he felt a sharp pain on the right side of his face.

He initially thought someone threw something at him, according to police. When he was still in pain early Wednesday, he went to the hospital.

Doctors performed a CT scan and found bullet fragments embedded into his jaw. Medical staff told police the wound was consistent with a bullet falling from the sky.

This comes after a 9-year old boy also got a bullet stuck in his head also at Veterans Park.

Police are asking for the public to come forward with any information on who may have been firing a weapon into the air in that area. If you have information that can help, call Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS.
