Robert Bever Now In DOC Custody

The Broken Arrow man who pleaded guilty to murdering his parents and three younger siblings is now in the custody of the Department of Corrections.

DOC said they'll do an extensive assessment of Robert Bever then decide where he'll serve his five life sentences without parole.

Bever will most likely be sent to the Oklahoma State Penitentiary in McAlester, which is the state's maximum security prison.

Robert's younger brother, Michael, is scheduled to go to trial next June.
