Amber Hilberling's prison death was ruled a suicide Tuesday afternoon by the medical examiner.
Hilberling was convicted in 2013 of murdering her husband Josh by pushing him out the window of their Tulsa high-rise apartment.
Another prisoner found Amber hanging in her cell last night.

Amber said it was an accident, that when she pushed him, she never intended for him to fall out a window, but the jury saw it differently convicting her of murder and sent her to prison for 25 years.
Amber was seven months pregnant and witnesses said she was hysterical after Josh's death but his family said he told them earlier that day he'd packed his bags and was ready to leave her because of the abuse.
Prosecutors offered her five years if she took a plea deal but she maintained it was an accident and went to trial.
When she died, she had served around three years of her 25-year sentence. She leaves behind a little boy.
"She took it very hard and the reason she took it so hard is because she wanted to have a life with her son," said Amber's attorney, April Seibert.
Amber's mother posted a Facebook status about Amber's death. She wrote, in part: "Fly baby girl to the angels, away from the pain on this earth. The media, the haters, the Hilberling's got their wish. Hope they are happy. I will never stop fighting for the truth."
Josh's parents posted a status on a Facebook page remembering him: "We know how it feels to lose a child. I wouldn't wish that on anyone. It's something no parent should have to experience. Condolences to those who loved her."
This case got national attention when Doctor Phil interviewed Amber in prison.
But, the DA said this case should only be about one person, the murder victim, Josh Hilberling, who was only 23 years-old.
"Never going to get to enjoy life, marriage, kids, see his child grow up, all because Amber Hilberling became his executioner," said DA Steve Kunzweiler.
The DA said had Amber taken their plea deal, she might've been out by now, but, instead, she decided not to take responsibility for her actions so now we're left with a situation where there are no winners.
