A man wanted in connection with the July 2016 shooting death of a Shreveport, Louisiana man is in the Tulsa County jail.
Leland Hamm, 46, was arrested on a fugitive from justice warrant in Owasso Friday afternoon.
The Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office says Hamm was one of two men wanted as an accessory after the fact to second-degree murder in the shooting death of Clifton Hallmark.
The shooting happened during an argument at a home in Turkey Creek, Louisiana on July 1st.
