Tulsa Man Sought By TPD For First-Degree Rape

A man wanted out of Tulsa County for first-degree rape has been named the Tulsa Police Department's weekly most wanted. 

Ryan Mitchell, 25, will be held on a $150,000 bond upon capture. 

Mitchell is a black man and has black hair and brown eyes. He weighs 170 lbs. and is 5'10".
