One person is dead and three others are hurt after they were all struck by a hit-and-run driver in downtown Tulsa Monday.
Tulsa police say it appears the same suspect who hit three people Monday morning intentionally ran over a pedestrian who may be homeless Monday evening.
Police said a woman was struck on the sidewalk behind the QuikTrip at 15th and Denver around 5 p.m. She was conscious and talking to ambulance personnel.
An officer at the scene said she was sitting on the sidewalk when the driver of a white pickup left the roadway and ran over her leg.
A man was killed and two other people were injured when police say the driver of a mid-size pickup deliberately drove into three homeless people.

"This guy never braked, never stopped, then gunned it and took off,” said Sergeant Steven Florea of the first deadly crash.
A 46-year-old man asleep on a sidewalk was run over and killed by a white, mid-size, single cab, Toyota or Nissan truck. It may have damage on the passenger side and was described as "boxy."
It was an older vehicle, police say, from the 1980s or '90s. Police say the driver appeared to be a middle-aged man wearing a ball cap.
"I just feel like we're being targeted, we're being taken out, because everybody feels that we're kind of like, I don't know, a pest," said Daniel Bunch, who is homeless.
Bunch and some of the folks outside of the QuikTrip said people on the street are on edge.
"They're worried, you know, there's someone out there trying to kill people," Bunch said.
Police said every officer in the city is looking out for the vehicle.
Call 911 if you think you spot the suspect.
