Tulsa Police are looking for a 19-year-old man they say shot another man during a robbery at a Tulsa apartment complex last month. This week's most wanted suspect is Keyion "Tuffy" Terry. Police say he's a member of the Red Mobster gang.
Court records show the wounded man told police Terry, his younger brother and a third man came by his apartment at Charleston Heights near 51st and Yale on September 25, 2017. One of the men had a rifle concealed in a backpack and brought it out after going to the bathroom, according to an affidavit of probable cause.
During the robbery, Terry shot the victim with the rifle, the affidavit states. Police said the wounded man had at least two surgeries - one to his right shoulder and a second to his chest where a bullet lodged.
