Owasso Man Arrested On Child Sex Abuse Complaints

Police say an Owasso man is accused of sexually abusing two family members, and using a shaved down bat as a paddle to hit the victims.

Phillip Drake is in the Tulsa County jail on three complaints of child sex abuse, and one complaint of child abuse.

One victim told police Drake sexually assaulted her more times than she can count and threatened to kill her if she reported him.
