A Tulsa teen accused of over 20 felonies, including shooting and killing a Broken Arrow teacher, is scheduled to be in court Monday.
Deonte Green, 16, is charged with first-degree murder.
Prosecutors believe Green went on a crime spree last October, which they say included four armed robberies, the sexual assault of an elderly woman and the murder of Shane Anderson.
Police say Anderson's wife and two daughters hid after Green broke in to their Tulsa home and Anderson ended up shot to death.
Green's attorneys argued in court last year that none of the witnesses could clearly see him because of his hoodie. His attorney and his family believe Deonte Green is innocent.
