Drivers can expect to experience slowdowns along the Broken Arrow Expressway beginning Monday.
The Oklahoma Department of Transportation is starting a $1.5-million bridge project on Broken Arrow Expressway over Sheridan.
As part of the project, ODOT says crews will remove a part of the bridge's concrete deck and overlay it with more concrete.
That means traffic on the bridge will shift to two narrow lanes and drivers should expect delays especially during rush hours.
Construction on this project is expected to wrap up in late July.
