Tulsa Teacher Rides Bicycle To OKC Teacher Rally

News On 6 talked with a Tulsa teacher on Monday who made the trip to the state Capitol on his bicycle.

Williams teaches social studies at Booker T Washington High School.  We caught up with him at the capitol after he had made the 116 mile trip to the rally on his bicycle.

"People were thinking it was nuts, but really I think what was nuts and what was crazy was the way we've so underfunded education in this state," said Matthew Williams.

Williams says he'll probably get a ride back home to Tulsa, instead of riding his bicycle.
