The Tulsa County judge in Michael Bever's murder trial expects to have a jury seated Thursday.
Potential jurors became emotional in court Wednesday when asked by Bever's attorney if they could handle their emotions when listening to the evidence in a case where three of the victims were under the age of 12.

District Attorney Steve Kunzweiler says he's concerned for the future jurors.
"I've got a lot of empathy and concern for them. I worry about how people are being impacted now and ultimately when we get a jury, I'm going to be worried about the jurors who are providing that service," said Steve Kunzweiler.
Michael Bever could spend life in prison without parole if convicted.
