Deadline Drawing Near For Recreational Marijuana Petition To Get Enough Signatures

The deadline is getting closer for the group petitioning to get recreational marijuana on the November ballot.

A group called “Green the Vote” says it has more than 104,000 signatures on its petition for State Question 797.

They need just 20,000 more signatures to get the issue on the ballot.

The group has until August 1st to reach that number.
