Tulsa Woman Facing 19 Embezzlement Charges Booked Into Jail

A Tulsa woman accused of embezzling money intended for charity was arrested Wednesday, August 28. Jamie Dianna Harper is charged with 19 counts of embezzlement and one count of pattern of criminal offense. 

Authorities say Harper was a former board president of the Down Syndrome Association of Tulsa who took donations intended for the organization and deposited them in her personal account.

Records show she was booked into jail at 9:42 p.m. and bonded out at 11 p.m. She is due in court September 5.
