Deputies Arrest 2 Wagoner Co. Convicted Sex Offenders

Wagoner County deputies locate and arrest 2 convicted sex offenders Wednesday who they said failed to register as required by law.

In a news release, deputies say 65-year-old Harold Pedigo and 43-year-old Ian Bliss were living within blocks of each other in the Lakecrest area of Wagoner County.

Deputies says Pedigo, who is listed as an aggravated sex offender, had failed to register for 3 years.

Deputies say on the other hand, Ian Bliss showed up at the sheriff's office Wednesday to register and was told he was already in violation. The sheriff's office said they had been trying to find Bliss, but had been unsuccessful. Bliss faces a charge of failure to comply with the sex offender compliance act.

Both Harold Pedigo and Ian Bliss are being held without bond.
