Defense attorneys say a judge has dismissed rape charges against four juveniles in Bixby.
Attorneys tell us the prosecution amended the charges and the judge then dismissed them, meaning this will not be on the boys' records.
The teens were accused of sexually assaulting a teammate with a pool cue at one player's home back in 2017.
The attorney says this was a closed process and he cannot release any more information about the case because it was in juvenile court.
Prosecutor Matt Ballard released a statement, saying: "I am aware of the selective release of some information regarding this case. By design, this information is intended to mislead and deceive. The reports circulating in the media that the case was dismissed are very misleading. This case is being handled within the confines of the juvenile system and I must respect the privacy of those proceedings and I am therefore unable to comment further."
