Suspect Identified In Deadly Tulsa Shooting

Tulsa police are asking for help to find the suspect in a deadly shooting.

Police say they have a warrant for first-degree murder for Sir Michael Morgan. They say Morgan shot Frankie Foster in the head at the Normandy Apartments last weekend near 41st and I-44.
