Tulsa Police Officer Involved In Collision During Pursuit

A Tulsa Police Officer and another driver are in good condition after a wreck near 21st and 101st East Avenue Saturday morning.

Tulsa Police say the officer was ahead of a chase with lights and sirens on and was on his way to clear an intersection and deploy stop sticks. According to TPD, when the officer went to stop his car slid into the intersection hitting an SUV.

Tulsa Police say both vehicles have “significant damage” but no one was injured. TPD was able to catch the pursuit suspect.
