Catoosa police arrested two men Monday afternoon after they say one of them tried to hide in an attic crawl space.
Police say Christopher Dooley, 34, was arrested during a welfare check at the Riverport apartments Monday afternoon. When police arrived, a woman told police that Dooley was inside the apartment and wouldn’t let her answer the door.
When they eventually got inside, police found Dooley hiding in an attic crawl space. He came out after police threatened to shoot pepper balls into the attic. Brandon Hoodenpyle, 44, was also arrested, admitting that he helped Dooley hide.
Dooley was arrested on complaints of violation of a protective order, attempted escape, and obstruction. Hoodenpyle was arrested on complaints of accessory.
