Tulsa Police tell us the little boy that was shot in the head outside an apartment complex last week is making progress.

Tulsa police tell us a toddler shot in the head is off of life support and making good progress.

Investigators said Javontay Jones shot the 18-month-old boy at the Meadows Apartment complex near 31st and Garnett last week.

Police arrested Jones for shooting with intent to kill and possession of a gun. Detectives are working to learn what led up to the shooting.
