Police: Woman Offers Lewd Act After Being Arrested In OKC

A woman offered an officer a lewd act after being arrested on a public drunkenness complaint, according to an incident report.

Michelle Combs, 31, was arrested Saturday night at Fassler Hall. 

Police were called about 11:55 p.m. Saturday in reference to a woman fighting with patrons in the bar. Security had told the woman to leave but she refused.

When an officer asked for her identification, he said she was "unable to comprehend the small task," according to the report.

When the officer asked her to stand up, she almost "face planted into the car in front of her," according to the report.

The officer arrested her on a complaint of public drunkenness.

While she was in the back of the patrol vehicle, she began to cry hysterically and "preach Bible verses" to the officer. During the ride, the woman offered to perform a sex act in order to be let go, according to the report.

Combs was booked into the Oklahoma County jail.
