Edmond PD Says 'Device Not Suspicious' After Investigation

Police investigated a suspicious package sitting along the side of the road of N. Bryant Avenue in Edmond, Monday afternoon.

The bomb squad was called in to investigate the package along N. Bryant Avenue, between E. Covell Road and E. Danforth Road. Police shut down Bryant Avenue.

Just before 3:40 p.m. Monday, police said the device found was "not suspicious" and Bryant Ave. between Covell and Danforth was reopened.
