Crews Respond To Vehicle Fire On EB I-44 In NW OKC

Crews were called to the scene of a reported responding to reports of a vehicle fire on the eastbound side of Interstate 44, near N. Penn. Avenue, Monday afternoon.

The vehicle involved was an Oklahoma City Police CSI unit. The fire appears have been minor, and was quickly contained by firefighters. No injuries were reported.

Traffic on I-44 was unaffected by this incident. A cause has not yet been identified.
