Bob Stoops held his weekly news conference on Monday following Oklahoma's big win over Baylor on Saturday. Stoops' Sooners will now hit the road to take on No. 10 West Virginia this weekend, and he gave some insight leading up to the matchup.

Stoops begins by praising Mayfield, Westbrook, Andrews, and more. Says Mixon was offensive player of the game vs Baylor.

Stoops says that Jordan Evans was defensive player of the game. No surprise after Evans was named Big 12 defensive player of the week.

Stoops says Matt Romar is hopeful to play this week against WVU. DE Matt Dimon will not be back this year or next year for that matter.

Stoops says reason for Dimon hanging it up is because of many different reasons. Not specifically because of injuries.

Stoops is asked to compare Dede Westbrook to former WVU WR Tavon Austin. Says they have similar body type and great speed.
